There are some sessions that just give you all the feels, and this was definitely one of them! Charl was enthusiastic from the beginning, and had a great vibe, so I was already looking forward to photographing this lovely family, and they certainly didn't disappoint. To start, Charl presented me with two awesome masks that she made (so talented, I have absolutely zero talent in the sewing realm!) then those gorgeous girls started showing their personalities, which was so much fun! The whole family was great to work with and chat with, they were relaxed and happy to hang out with each other. Plus we were given lovely light and managed to avoid the southerly that was meant to be blasting us. This is the reason I love working around sunset. I'm so excited to be able to work with more families like this when I cut back on weddings soon!
